1. Who can qualify for this offer?
This offer is available to customers who purchase selected Kenwood appliances from participating retailers between 1st February 2019 and 28th February 2019.
2. What is the closing date for claims?
All claims must be made by Midnight on 30th March 2019. Claims received after this date will not be accepted. Please note if your claim has been rejected and you need to re-submit any further details, this must be recieved by Midnight on 14th March 2019.
3. How and when do I get my gift?
Once you have submitted your claim, your claim will be validated and if successful, you will receive an email confirming your gift is being processed. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of your gift from the date of the confirmation.
4. I have not received my gift, what should I do?
