1. Who can qualify for this offer?
This offer is available to customers who purchase selected Kenwood Chef or kMix appliances from participating retailers between 11th March 2019 and 16th April 2019. Inclusive UK and Republic of Ireland.

2. What is the closing date for claims?
All claims must be made by Midnight on 16th May 2019. Claims received after this date will not be accepted. Please note if your claim has already been rejected and you need to re-submit any further details, this supporting proof of purchase must be recieved by Midnight on 30th May 2019. This is the final closing date for all claim submissions.

3. How and when do I get my gift?
Once you have submitted your claim, your claim will be validated within 10 working days and if successful, you will receive an email confirming your gift is being processed. Please allow up to 30 days for dispatch of your gift from the date of the claim approval.

4. I have not received my gift, what should I do?
If you have not received your gift after 30 days of claim approval, please contact us.
